Circle of Life
Circles of Life are a simple exercise that really get you thinking about your priorities. Start with the Circle of Life.pdf and identify on a scale of 1 to 10 how you feel you are doing within each category. If your social life is fulfilling and fun, give yourself a high score. If your health could be better, rate yourself accordingly.
Secondly, try filling out the QueenBee Circle - this is one I created for you to evaluate the other areas of our life that we sometimes put on the back burner. If you want to have more fun or more sex, you can see what parts of your life you need to give more attention to!
